NOP (+3) vs. BKN
Did people forget Anthony Davis still plays basketball? I know he was out for a few weeks and didn't play in the all-star game so the casual fan has probably let it slip his mind, but this man had one of the BEST HALF SEASONS OF ALL TIME!! IMA LET YOU FINISH.....BUT ALL-TIME!! Sorry about the Kanye style interruption there, but seriously his first half was scary good. Then he came out last night and picked right back up where he left off dropping 43 and 10. This Pelicans team is dangerous with AD on the court and Reke running the point here, plus three is a decent amount of points.
TOR (+7.5) vs. SAS
Sure the Spurs dropped 115 on a Thibs run defense on Sunday which is no small feat, but I'm not ready to crown their asses as the great Dennis Green would say. The Raptors crashed back to earth after outplaying everyone's expectations over the first three months of the season. A lot of that had to do with injuries to Lowry and Derozan who are both back now and playing at full strength. The Spurs have been way too inconsistent this season to consider them back after only one game, take the points here and hope that the guard play of Toronto is enough to cover 7.5.
CLE (-5) vs. DAL
Made the mistake of taking Dallas as favorites against a weak ass Lakers team the other night, and of course the Lake Show covered. So fuck you Dallas, I'm more done with you than Oklahoma is with racist fraternities. Dallas ruined the ball movement and overall team well being with their mid season trade of Rondo, and it doesn't look like its coming back any time soon. Meanwhile the Cavs are in playoff form and should have no problem with the weak ass Mavericks tonight, sorry Cuban.
ORL (+8.5) vs. IND
I've loved the Magic all year long and they have consistently come through on the covers for me. Recent injury to Vucevic had knocked the train off the tracks a little bit, but I still feel pretty comfortable about getting this many points against a weak offensive team in Indy.
