This is a classic game between two eastern conference teams headed in different directions. After wiping off the stink from the late 90s and early 2000s, the franchise finds itself barreling back towards the days of being incredibly inept. Melo desperately wants out, and it's only a matter of time before their only bright spot in Porzingis is requesting a trade to get his ass out of the big apple. The Celtics are a solid, deep team that will simply outlast the Knicks in this matchup, pulling away to a 15 point win in the fourth.
ATL -9 vs LAL
The Hawks have only lost 2 games in their last five, and you know who those losses came against?? The defending champs currently on pace to win 73 games aka the Warriors. The only possibility of the Hawks not covering this game is if they sit all of their big time players halfway through the third quarter because they are up by 45. Kobe and Jordan Clarkson are both out, and while this may open things up for the recently surging D- Rus, it still won't be enough to get this cover.
WAS +9.5 vs CLE
Oh god, LeBrons unhappy again. Or is he? It's almost impossible to tell with the King and his super cryptic tweets. Does he like playing with Love? Does he like playing with Kyrie? Was he just hungry and took to Twitter to vent his frustration? No one knows for sure, probably not even Bron. One thing is for sure though, 9.5 is too many points to give a solid team playing the Cavs right now. John Wall is going to torch Kyrie on both ends and LeBron will get pissed and stand around the perimeter for the last three quarters of the game. Wizards get the easy cover and possible victory in this one
