Washington +167 @ Boston (WINNER!)

Boston is coming off a loss to Buffalo.. yeah the Sabers.  Ovi will be looking to snipe since he took pretty much all of the blame for Russia’s embarrassment in the Olympics.  As Jack Nicholson says “YOU CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH” .. truth is the caps are going to run the show against the boys in Boston.  Look out as Ovi and Backstrom go to work and defeat Boston. 

Sugar’s Pick: Washington +167

Florida @ Columbus (UNDER 5.5) (L)

Honestly, get your bets in now because this line could drop to OVER/UNDER 2.5 by tonight.  These teams are fucking terrible.  Look for the Panthers to “roll” against Columbus while both teams try to figure out what sport it is they are actually trying to play.  Florida averages 2.3 goals/game while Columbus averages a nice 2.8 goals/game.  Again, these teams are fucking terrible; I really can’t stress that enough here guys.

Sugar’s Pick: UNDER 5.5

Pittsburgh @ Chicago (-130) (WINNER!)

Two of the NHL’s best clubs meet in a potential Stanley Cup final match up.  The game is in Chicago so look for Chi town to roll over the Pens.  Chicago has much more “swag” with P. Kane and Toews on the ice than the Penguins could really ever even hope for.  Crosby and Co. are a bunch of pussies and will most likely fall victim to the assault that Toews’ team will ensue upon them.  I would like to add that Crosby is a little bitch.  Look for him to be complaining to the refs half the game while Toews and Kane snipe geno after geno on which ever goalie the Pens decide to start tomorrow night.

UPSET PICKS

NY Rangers (+1.5) @ Philadelphia (L)

What this pick boils down to is my personal hatred of the Flyers.  They always think they have “the” team when in reality they ain’t got shit and never had shit.  In ’97 they thought they were going to roll through Detroit in the finals.  History will tell you they got beat; actually swept. New York has the better offense and better goaltending.  Look for Lunqvist to lock it down while the Rangers do work on the Flyers.  Philadelphia fucked up when they removed Peter Laviolette from behind the bench.  They won’t go anywhere in the playoffs and they sure as fuck won’t be beating the Rangers tonight.

Tampa Bay (+115) @ Dallas (WINNER!)

I really hate the Dallas Stars; Sorry Modano.  The glory days are over for the Stars and Jamie Benn ain’t no fuckin’ captain.  Tampa has a solid team and they are going to head into Dallas and come away with a win.  It might be a 5 goal dismantling or it might be a 3-2 OT win; I don’t fuckin know.  But it’ll be a win, I can tell ya that.  Dallas loses this game that’s all I know for sure.
