NHL Pick
Los Angeles @ Chicago (-150) (WINNER!)NBA Picks
I think that the last game between these squads was the straw that broke the camels back. The Pacers in the press conferences after the game seemed defeated, and were more interested in putting the blame on other people than actually buckling down and trying to get back in this series. Combine that with the no show series performance from Paul George and that LeBron is going to continue to show Born Ready why he shouldn't call out LeBron, especially during the Eastern Conference finals. Granted I know that the Pacers could extend this series and the injuries to Birdman and Jesus Shuttlesworth definitely leave that door open, but this series is over. Miami is too tough on offense, and their defense has been swarming in the last couple of games while the Pacers look lost. Also the Miami coaching staff understands that a very tough finals is going to await them regardless if it's the Spurs or Thunder and they need all the extra preparation time they can get. Look for LeBron to come out fired up like he just slammed two scoops of C4 and hope that it is enough to bury the Pacers. Meanwhile the Pacers are in for a very long offseason with some tough decisions regarding free agents and overall team identity looming. Miami meanwhile is about to make their fourth consecutive finals appearance and definitely have a solid chance of nailing the three-peat (please don't sue me Pat Riley).
Bonus WNBA pick!
TUL (+5) at SA (WINNER!)
If for some reason you don't want to watch real basketball being played, bet on this game. Skylar Diggins is hot and good at basketball, that should be enough to justify getting five points.
