San Diego (+9) at Denver
I had to check this line three times to make sure it was correct. Even after all that I still don't know if I believe it. Sure Denver looked like the best team in the league last Sunday night in their demolishing of the squad formerly known as the 49ers, but the turnaround is going to be way too hard on them. Couple that with the fact that they had one those classic Peyton on prime time type games and you have all the makings of a letdown game. I think that Denver still manages to find a way to win this game, but getting 9 points with the Chargers offense is basically free money, and who doesn't like free money? Maybe Republicans if it's free money from the government, but the rest of us normal folk? Come off it, get the points and thank me later.
